Westbank Homeowners Association, which manages the Carriage Lane Subdivision, needed a modern solution to collect annual HOA dues from residents. As homeowners select different payment options, the system instantly calculates and displays the breakdown: base fee, convenience fee, and total amount. This transparency builds trust and eliminates confusion about final costs.
Unlike off-the-shelf HOA management software that often requires expensive monthly subscriptions, this is a custom-built solution tailored specifically to Carriage Lane's needs. The HOA only pays standard Stripe processing fees when a transaction occurs—no hidden costs or monthly minimums.
The payment portal is branded with the community's logo and colors, creating a professional, trustworthy impression. The clean, modern design works seamlessly on phones, tablets, and computers, making it easy for homeowners of all ages and technical abilities to complete their payment.
